Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Fabliner, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy to understand your options.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before the item is dispatched, whichever comes first.
  • To cancel an order, contact us at fablier.contact@gmail.com or +91 76240 17633 with your order details.

After Dispatch:

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed. You may initiate a return after receiving the product (refer to the Return Policy).

2. Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 2-3 Business days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page cannot be returned.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at fablier.contact@gmail.com or +91 76240 17633 to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our team. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  3. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timeline:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

Reporting Damages:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at fablier.contact@gmail.com with clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund for the defective item based on the evaluation.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or color changes, subject to product availability.
  • The item must meet return eligibility criteria.

5. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Items returned without prior authorization.
  • Items that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Custom-made or personalized orders.
